Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Daenah Growth collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website at daenahgrowth.com, our client portal at app.daenahgrowth.com, and our advertising management services (together, the “Services”).
1. Who we are
Daenah Growth (“we”, “us”) is an advertising management service operated by Daenah, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@daenahgrowth.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account and contact details — your name, business name, email address, and the credentials used to access the portal.
- Business information — details about your practice or business, your offers, and the goals you share with us.
- Billing information — the details needed to invoice you for our management fee. Card payments, where used, are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Messages — anything you send us through the portal or by email.
Advertising and campaign data
When you connect your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google advertising accounts, we access the data needed to build, run, and report on your campaigns — including campaign settings, spend, and performance metrics.
If you run lead forms, we receive the contact details that people submit through your ads (“leads”). We handle this lead data on your behalf and on your instructions — in data-protection terms, you are the controller of your leads and we act as your processor.
Information collected automatically
We keep tracking to a minimum. The portal uses a session token to keep you signed in. We may collect basic, non-identifying technical and usage information to keep the Services secure and working. We do not sell your data and do not use it for cross-site advertising.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the Services, and to set up and manage your account.
- To build, launch, optimise, and report on your advertising campaigns.
- To communicate with you about your account, results, and support requests.
- To issue invoices and manage payments.
- To keep the Services secure and to prevent abuse.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Lead data is used only to deliver those leads to you and to act on your instructions. We do not use your leads for our own marketing.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or Türkiye’s KVKK applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services; your consent where required; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Services, and only as needed:
- Advertising platforms — Meta and Google, to run and measure your campaigns.
- Hosting and database — to store account and campaign data securely.
- Content delivery and security — to serve our website and protect against abuse.
- Email delivery — to send sign-in and account emails.
- AI tooling — to help draft ad copy and analyse campaign performance. Only campaign text and aggregated metrics are processed this way; the personal contact details of your leads are not sent to AI providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
6. Data retention
We keep your account and campaign data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We keep lead data until you delete it or ask us to, or as otherwise required. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority — the KVKK Board in Türkiye, or your local authority in the EU/UK. To exercise any of these, email hello@daenahgrowth.com.
8. Data deletion requests
You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you — including any data obtained through Meta or Google — by emailing hello@daenahgrowth.com with “Data deletion” in the subject line. We will action verified requests within 30 days, except where we must retain certain data by law.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside your country, including in the EU and the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.
11. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
